A Chicago-based online alcohol business will host a grand opening next week for its first retail store. Spirit Hub LLC will lease about 1,000 square feet at 2342 N. Lincoln Ave. in the city's Lincoln Park neighborhood. The shop is set to open Nov. 29. The new location will host weekly tastings every Thursday with a variety of craft distilleries around Illinois including alcohol brands like Apologue Liqueurs, Wolf Point Distilling and Koval, according to Holly Taylor, director of lifecycle marketing for Spirit Hub.
